1. Platform Overview

BM Solution Site is a third-party digital platform developed for internal insurance operations, enabling:

• Insurance advisors to manage and track policy sales and renewals
• Customers/end users to view policy details, dues, and renewal dates
• Administrators to monitor advisor performance and policy lifecycle

BM Solution Site is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, issue, or assume risk for any insurance policy. Insurance products are offered by authorized insurance companies, including but not limited to Kotak.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized by your organization or insurer to access the Platform (for advisors and internal users)
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Account Responsibility

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account
• Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately

3.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For suspected fraud or misuse
• As instructed by insurance partners or regulatory authorities

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes, including:

• Viewing and managing insurance-related information
• Tracking renewals, dues, and policy status
• Internal reporting and communication

You shall not:

• Misuse policyholder data
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Use the Platform for misleading, fraudulent, or illegal activities

5. Data Accuracy and Limitations

• Policy data displayed on the Platform is based on information provided by insurance partners and advisors
• BM Solution Site does not guarantee real-time accuracy of insurer records
• Final policy terms, coverage, and claims decisions rest solely with the respective insurance company

6. Notifications and Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive:

• Email alerts
• App notifications
• System-generated reminders related to renewals, dues, and policy updates

Users may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of BM Solution Site or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose only.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Insurance company systems
• Email or notification providers
• Hosting and cloud services

BM Solution Site is not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BM Solution Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for insurance claim rejections, delays, or financial losses arising from insurer decisions
• Platform availability is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BM Solution Site, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Platform:

• With or without prior notice
• For security, maintenance, or legal reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

BM Solution Site reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
