- Mobile Application: Go to the menu/profile section and tap on the "Logout" option.
Once you log out, your active session will be terminated, and you will need to re-authenticate to access your data.
2. Account Deletion Request
If you no longer wish to use BM Solution Site and would like to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, you can initiate a deletion request.
Users can request account deletion through the following methods:
- Email Request: Send an email to info@bmsolutionsite.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Contact Support: You may also reach out to our support team directly to initiate the process.
3. Data Deletion Process
Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, the following actions will be taken:
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is authorized.
- Data Removal: Your personal profile information, including name, email, and contact details, will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- Linked Data: Any historical data specifically tied to your account that is not required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes will be deleted or anonymized.
The deletion process typically takes up to 30 business days from the date of verification.
4. Data Retention for Regulatory Compliance
Please note that as an insurance-related service provider, certain data may be retained even after account deletion if required by law or regulatory authorities (e.g., IRDAI guidelines). This includes:
- Transaction records and insurance policy history.
- Audit logs for security and compliance monitoring.
- Data required for pending claims or active policy servicing.
5. Consequences of Account Deletion
Once your account is deleted, it is irreversible. You will lose access to:
- Your policy tracking history.
- Advisor dashboard and performance metrics (for advisors).
- All saved preferences and notifications.
